FAQ
How do I order/ book photography?
Our ordering process is designed to be simple and completely online. Send an inquiry for your desired session date and location through the "Book Now" button above. You will then receive an order form in your email that you can fill out that allows you to choose your desired photography package, see our availability, and receive a quote for the services being requested.
What is your photography process like?
Once your order is placed, we will review the order to be sure we don't have any questions about the order. Your card will be charged a retainer fee of 25% of the full payment at the time of booking. Once we arrive we get started right away, documenting the property based on our knowledge of how a room will appear best photographically. For this reason, we ask that the home be completely ready to photograph before we arrive. We are happy to consider specific requests. For your convenience, we work quickly and are usually done in under an hour (Shoot time is subject to change based on number of media being produced).
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is usually 48 hours unless the 24-hour rush turnaround service is purchased. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control arise and delivery may be delayed. If this is the case, we will do our best to notify you of the delay.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Inquiries, concerns, or queries can be sent during non-business hours but may not recieve a response until the following business day.

When and how do I pay?
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a retainer payment that must be made prior to the session. An invoice for the full payment will then be sent via email and must be paid no later than 30 days post-delivery of your images.
Who owns the photos?
As a professional photography service operating under federal copyright law, APeer Photography LLC maintains all ownership and copyright to the images we create. This helps us keep our prices down and ensure the work we do meets a high standard. We provide a limited license to use the images for your intended use (real estate sales or rental property marketing) For this reason, we ask that you not use the images for purposes outside your license or share the downloaded images with other firms (including contractors, vendors, etc.)
